| Made for Winelife Magazine about airline wines. Turns out there's a pretty good wine selection aboard many planes, particularly in business class where the wine is served in proper crystal glasses. There's even an award for wines served aboard airplanes, " The Cellars in the Sky award." Naturally I was inspired by those fascinating Airplane Safety instruction cards.
